Mr. Christodoulou is Adjunct Associate Professor at the London Business School (LBS)

He has been teaching courses on Data Analytics, Decision and Risk Analysis, and Financial Modelling since 1998 to students and business executives at LBS, Cass, Università della Svizzera Italiana, and ESMT.

He holds non-executive directorships at a private equity firm and in an alternative investment fund manager. He has extensive experience in entrepreneurial companies, has served as CFO and an investor, and has managed both high-growth situations and restructured established firms in mature industries.

As a consultant, he has worked for companies in telecoms and digital media, banking and fund management.

Kostis has a PhD from London Business School, an MSc from London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA from Swarthmore College.

 Ms. Nekoranec serves as the President and Managing Director of Align Capital Partners. She focuses on select private equity investment opportunities and private equity fund creation. Ms. Nekoranec serves as a Senior Advisor at Plexus Capital, and has been a Consultant at Arcadia Resources, Inc. since July 1, 2006. Ms. Nekoranec has over 20 years of private equity experience in the U.S., Europe and China. She has invested over $300 million in transactions ranging from consumer products to telecommunications and has been on 10 corporate boards. She was a Partner and a Managing Director at Investor Growth Capital. Ms. Nekoranec served as a Director at the Safeguard International Fund. She was also a Senior Investment Manager at CMS Companies. Ms. Nekoranec has previous experience in other private equity firms in other major U.S. markets, including New York and Philadelphia. She serves as a Director of Bredbandsbogat AB, and Cidera. Ms. Nekoranec also served on the Board of Directors of Aplion Networks and TeleGea and Arcadia Resources, Inc. She is a co-author of How to Buy a Business: Entrepreneurship through Acquisition. Ms. Nekoranec holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 and a B.A. in Economics and Modern Studies from the University of Virginia in 1986.
